Information you provide
If you use the CIMS contact form, you may provide your name, email address, company or organization, location, website, timing and information about your business or project requirement. CIMS uses that information to review and respond to the enquiry.
Contact-form delivery
The website uses Cloudflare to host and process the form, Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse, Resend to deliver the resulting website notification, and Google Workspace for the CIMS business inbox. These providers process information as needed to provide their respective services.
Analytics
With your permission, CIMS uses Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage, such as pages viewed, general interaction patterns and successful enquiry submissions. CIMS does not intentionally send the contact form's name, email address or free-text enquiry contents to Google Analytics.
Cookie and analytics choices
Analytics storage is denied by default. You can choose “Accept cookies” or “Essential cookies only” when the consent dialog appears. Your choice is stored in your browser so the website can remember it.
Retention and access
Business enquiries and related correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, business records, security, dispute resolution or applicable legal obligations. To ask about information you submitted through this website, contact CIMS at[email protected].
